Requirements & Clearances

All candidates receiving an offer of employment must provide copies of the following:

  • High School Diploma or GED

  • Valid Driver's License for any position where driving is required

  • List A or B/C Documents for employment authorization (Example: Social Security Card and Driver's License or Passport)


All candidates receiving an offer of employment must complete a General Physical with a TB test with a medical provider selected by Penn Residential, Inc. Additional informational regarding this process will be discussed after an offer has been made. Penn Residential, Inc. will pay the General Physical and TB test expenses. 

All candidates receiving an offer of employment must complete applications for clearances. Expenses for the necessary clearances will be paid by Penn Residential, Inc. Some of the required clearances include:

  • Act 33 Clearance

  • Act 34 Clearance

  • Act 114 The Federal Criminal History Record

  • Act 151 Clearance
